Terms of Service & Privacy Policy for “ResumeFast”

本ページは「簡単爆速履歴書」に関する個別の定めです。当社の基本方針については、共通プライバシーポリシー・共通利用規約もあわせてご確認ください。
This page sets out the individual terms specific to “ResumeFast” (Kantan Bakusoku Rirekisho). Please also refer to the Company’s common Privacy Policy and common Terms of Service for our general policies.

■ プライバシーポリシー（個別条項）/ Privacy Policy (Individual Provisions)

第1条（データ保存の原則）/ Article 1 (Principle of Local Data Storage)
本アプリで入力された氏名・住所・生年月日・学歴・職歴・資格等の情報、および 撮影・加工した証明写真は、すべてお客様の端末内（ローカルストレージ）にのみ保存されます。当社を含むいかなるサーバーにも送信されません。
All information entered in this App, including name, address, date of birth, education, work history, and qualifications, as well as ID photos taken and edited within the App, is stored locally on the user’s device
only. This data is not transmitted to any server, including those operated by the Company.

第2条（カメラ・写真ライブラリの利用）/ Article 2 (Use of Camera and Photo Library)
本アプリは、以下の目的でカメラおよび写真ライブラリへのアクセス許可を求めることがあります。
１．運転免許証・既存の履歴書をカメラで撮影し、記載内容を読み取る（OCR機能）ため
２．証明写真の撮影・加工のため読み取り・加工処理はすべて端末内で完結し、画像データが外部に送信されることはありません。
This App may request access to the camera and photo library for the following purposes:
(1) To capture and read information from a driver’s license or existing resume using the camera (OCR feature); and
(2) To take and edit ID photos. All recognition and editing processing is completed entirely on the device, and image data is never transmitted externally.

第3条（サーバーを利用する機能）/ Article 3 (Server-Based Features)
本アプリには、クラウド同期・アカウント登録・データバックアップの機能はありません。有料機能（PDF出力）のご購入手続きに関する情報のみ、App Store または Google Play の決済システムを通じて処理されます。
This App does not offer cloud synchronization, account registration, or data backup features. Only information related to the purchase procedure for the paid feature (PDF export) is processed through the App Store or Google Play payment systems.

第4条（データの削除）/ Article 4 (Deletion of Data)
本アプリを端末からアンインストールした場合、端末内に保存されたすべてのデータ（基本情報・学歴・職歴・資格・写真・生成済みPDF）は消去されます。
本アプリにはクラウドバックアップ機能がないため、消去されたデータの復元はできません。
If this App is uninstalled from the device, all data stored locally (basic profile information, education, work history, qualifications,
photos, and generated PDFs) will be deleted. As this App does not have a cloud backup feature, deleted data cannot be recovered.

第5条（未成年者のプライバシー）/ Article 5 (Privacy of Minors)
本アプリは、18歳未満のユーザーから意図的に不必要な個人情報を収集することはありません。
This App does not knowingly collect unnecessary personal information from users under the age of 18.

■ 利用規約（個別条項）/ Terms of Service (Individual Provisions)

第1条（適用）/ Article 1 (Application)
本規約は、共通利用規約に定める事項に加え、「簡単爆速履歴書」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関して適用される個別の条件を定めるものです。
These Terms set forth the individual conditions applicable to the use of “ResumeFast” (hereinafter, the “App”), in addition to the matters provided in the Company’s common Terms of Service.

第2条（会員登録不要）/ Article 2 (No Account Registration Required)
本アプリは、会員登録（メールアドレス・パスワード等によるユーザー登録）を必要とせず、ダウンロード後すぐにすべての機能をご利用いただけます。
This App does not require account registration (user registration via email address, password, etc.). All features are available immediately after download.

第3条（データの取り扱い）/ Article 3 (Handling of Data)
本アプリで入力されたデータの取り扱いについては、上記プライバシーポリシー（個別条項）第1条〜第4条の定めによります。
The handling of data entered in this App is governed by Articles 1 through 4 of the Privacy Policy (Individual Provisions) above.

第4条（PDF出力機能・課金）/ Article 4 (PDF Export Feature and Charges)
１．　PDF出力機能は、App Store または Google Play を通じた都度課金（消費型アイテム）です。購入完了後の返金は各ストアの規約に従います。
２．　購入されたPDF出力権は、他のユーザーへの譲渡・換金はできません。
３．　一度PDF出力を行った履歴書は、アプリ内の「作成履歴」から追加課金なしで何度でも再表示・再共有いただけます。
４．　通信障害・端末障害等によりPDF生成処理が完了しなかった場合であっても、購入されたPDF出力権は原則として維持されます。
(1) The PDF export feature is a pay-per-use (consumable) purchase made through the App Store or Google Play. Refunds after purchase completion are subject to the respective store’s policies.
(2) Purchased PDF export credits may not be transferred or exchanged for cash to other users.
(3) Once a resume has been exported as a PDF, it may be re-viewed and re-shared any number of times from the “History” section within the App at no additional charge.
(4) Purchased PDF export credits will, in principle, remain valid even if the PDF generation process is not completed due to a communication failure, device malfunction, or similar cause.

第5条（対応用紙・対応様式）/ Article 5 (Supported Paper Size and Formats)
本アプリは、日本の厚生労働省履歴書様式および旧JIS規格様式（いずれもA4縦）
の作成・出力に対応しています。A3横その他の用紙サイズの取り込み・出力には
対応していません。
This App supports the creation and export of resumes in the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare format and the former JIS format (both A4 portrait). Import and export of A3 landscape or other paper sizes are not supported.

第6条（免責事項）/ Article 6 (Disclaimer)
本アプリで作成した履歴書の内容の正確性については、お客様ご自身の確認・責任においてご利用ください。当社は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the content of any resume created using this App. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this App, except in cases of the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

第7条（サービスの継続）/ Article 7 (Continuity of Service)
当社はサービスを安定的に提供するよう努めますが、サービスの継続を保証するものではありません。サービス終了時には、少なくとも90日前にアプリ内または App Store／Google Playページにて告知します。
The Company will make efforts to provide the service in a stable manner but does not guarantee its continuation. If the service is to be discontinued, notice will be given at least 90 days in advance via the App or the App Store/Google Play listing page.
